Just moved in a week back. Although there shouldn't have ideally been any issues if the inspection was done correctly before handover, but there were 2 big 'Not To Miss' issues - water leakage in washroom and balcony slide didn't slide. Complaint raised over a call and the maintenance team came with all their ammunition the next day and fixed both the issues. Very professional and well committed team. The issue handling and servicing speed was commendable indeed. So far, so good...
Eastern coast maintenance team for this building was co- operative and solved an issue quickly as I spotted the issue the same day I moved in. Thanks to Ms.Anam who followed my case and arranging the necessary. Hope to see this active approach in future too if necessary.
I have very very bad experience with your appointed Facility maintenance team Easterncoast. I am a tenant in the same building and I have raised a complaint of drainage water leakage from appartment above me and I was unable to use the wash room till 3 days now. After paying Aed 100 as a visiting charges to this team also we are not getting any proper response. Since we are tenant like these emergency need to be attended very quickly.
