I have my own real estate company in Dubai and successfully closed deals with BNW, but I have not received my commission for 106 days. I am also no longer getting any responses. It has now reached the point where I have to involve a lawyer. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend this intermediary.

Be very careful with this company. They will first offer you a low price and ask for a deposit, but in the end, they will not return it. Two months ago, I rented an apartment through them, and I am still waiting to get my deposit back. The agent keeps promising to send the money, but every time there is a new excuse. It’s completely unacceptable — they ignore calls and messages and show no professionalism. There is no dispute about the refund; the agent already confirmed that the money should be returned, yet nothing has happened. I strongly advise not to rent an apartment with this company…
I put into BNW a lot of my trust and closed with them a deal as a real estate agent on 9. of July. I have still not received any commission… which makes me very sad, because I really liked the sales manager with whom I was working - Mr. Bekzat, and the company seemed to be very professional
I had a disappointing experience with BNW in terms of transparency and professionalism. A client paid the full amount requested, but later an unexpected charge of 6,000 AED was added, presented as “bank fees,” which was never communicated beforehand. This created frustration and mistrust. Additionally, commission payments were not consistent with what was initially agreed upon. At first, it was communicated as 30 days, then changed to 60 days, and now even after 3 months the payment is still unresolved.
