The accommodation, facilities and location at Cortland Cassiobury are great. I have lived here now for 2 and a half years and cannot speak more highly of the management and staff. They really work hard on creating a great community and address any issue in a timely and empathetic manner. They are always supportive with any events we want to have and create a safe and secure environment where we feel cared for living here. Have been living here for almost 2 years and really enjoyed our time. Specially because of the friendly staff. Night RSA Diwash has always been very helpful and an amazing human to be around with.
The maintenance team (Mark and Mihai) have been great - whenever we request a repair via the app they are very quick to respond and get the issue fixed. Overall it has been a great experience for me and my partner at Cortland Cassiobury. Francisco

I stayed at Cortland Cassiobury with my wife while we were in Watford for medical treatment, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was always welcoming, understanding, and incredibly supportive — truly the best people we’ve ever dealt with. The concierge and security staff are genuinely kind and friendly, but sadly that’s where the positives end. My apartment was unbearably hot for nearly three weeks. The ventilation system was useless, and since the windows don’t open, I had to temporarily move out just to cope. The bin chute almost never works, the lifts are frequently out of order, and the extra charges like the outrageous £684 bill for minor curtain threads from my deposit are simply unjustifiable.
