My husband and I had the chance to spend almost a year in this amazing place. Everything was perfect—the location, amenities, and the care provided for both us and the building. Eva was very professional and assisted us from the beginning, even when we unfortunately had to move out for personal reasons. I highly recommend this building
Beautiful building in the perfect location. The view overlooking the courthouse is a real eye pleaser. The amenities are terrific and the view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent. The apartments are fantastic with large floor to ceiling windows modern kitchens and bathrooms and beautiful hardwood floors. The agent, Eva, is a delight and she made the entire process seamless. The Resident Manager is terrific and the Concierge staff friendly and efficient. I was one of the early renters and love the location, the building and my apartment.
I moved in the end of September, 2023. The staff here couldn't be nicer. They truly listen and try to help. Before I moved in and through the process of moving here and even up to present Eva went above and beyond to help me settle and enjoy my stay here.
Living here has been an absolute delight! The staff is friendly and professional, the apartment is modern and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Plus, the location is convenient yet serene. The leasing agents are amazing, especially Eva who helped me throughout the entire process. Not to mention all the friendly and wonderful staff, shout out to Jailene and another somebody. Great people, great place. And they got a golf simulator.

My husband and I absolutely loved this building and our experience with the leasing office. We truly enjoyed our tour with Eva Mateova and she was extremely helpful as we considered 8 Court Square. Due to our commute and transportation preferences, however, we couldn't make renting here work, but 8 Court Square was at the very top of our list. We loved the location, the designs, space of the apartments, and the historic charm it had because of the courthouse.
