Lived as a guest with family in samana to spend some good quality time with family and kids for vacations My worst experience ever since I checked in Everything provided was dirty including bedding and sofa,no electric appliance was in working condition after calling several times one mam come and gave several excuses,crockery was not provided acc to the number of persons,worst experience never recommend this place for anyone especially families with kids,drying stand was broken too we put our wash clothes and with in few minutes it fell off on the floor,main door was not working,like we…
This place is amazing, all the time i have worked in this building i have never experience the time of service am getting now from Rocky and Dickson. this guys are awesome, it has never been this easier. they respond to tenate very fast and do their best to find solution

I am living as a tenant at Samana Hills about 3 weeks. Seen bad reviews and wanted to comment. Yes, building itself not a high standard segment. Kitchen appliances are not “Bosch”, but overall, everything is bright and tidy. Very up to date fashion. The tile on the floor is making all feel luxury. Corridor, elevators, pleasant smell in hall all leaves positive vibrations. Regarding alarms - haven’t heard yet. Mold did not face yet. Cockroaches - we did pest control before moving in, and building management did pest control after a week, so haven’t seen any yet. God, I hope not to see them at…

Worst Building Experience in 10 Years! I’ve lived in Dubai for over a decade and experienced nearly every area—but this building is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. • Leaks in the apartments • A disgusting smell in the garbage room that makes you want to pass out • Security guards who seem to be constantly looking for a fight • Water leaking into the electrical system, and nobody comes to fix it And the owner? Matches the quality of the building: completely neglectful. This place is not just poorly managed—it’s a safety hazard.
As a tenant, I had a terrible experience at Samana Hills. The building is poorly constructed, with low-quality materials, leaking drainage, and peeling walls. During the summer months, mold spreads throughout the apartment, creating an extremely unhealthy living environment. Water distribution is disrupted every two weeks due to persistent leaks, making daily life even more inconvenient. I strongly advise against moving into Samana Hills to avoid these issues.
Samana is the most horrible developer. Mold is everywhere. While the building was on warranty it took a lot of time and efforts to make maintenance team to come and fix anything. Recently in an apartment short circuit happened when nobody was home (so all electrical appliances were off except for air cond). Manager Vishnu doesn’t care about all this problems. He can come for example to say that the owner (or tenant) must pay to fix all the issues by themselves cause it’s no more warranty case )))) Terrible fire alarm sound turns on randomly even at deep night Wet walls, cracking painting out…
Good location. Well priced apartments with good ROI. Watch video on my IG @lisa.dubaiproperty for more details. You must drive to live here. Peaceful. Impressive pool area. Nice neat finishings. Units with private pools which is pretty cool.
