After living in this building for the past two years I can honestly say I can't wait to get out! The building itself is poorly constructed. You can hear absolutely everything that goes on in the hallways, above you, and beside you. The temperature in the units gets to be 38 degrees in the summer with blinds closed and fans running. It flooded due to poor quality plumbing and took over 6 months for repairs to be completed. It is very poorly maintained. Often there is blood, vomit, garbage, and other gross things on the elevators, walls, and floors. People don't pick up after their pets. In the…
It used to be good, but now it’s a mess— theft, noise, trash, and rule-breaking residents. Issues get reported, but management just sends emails and does nothing. Useless.

Great design. This is downsizing at its best. Loved the D corner units. Great location to get out of town quickly and easily accessible to the airport for flights out of the snow.
