What we liked: 1. The place is conveniently located inside SM Uptown, and there’s even a coffee shop inside the studio, which is a nice touch. 2. The lash tech who handled me, Lyne, was very accommodating. She had a warm personality and really tried to meet my requests. What needs improvement: 1. The lash tech who handled my daughter, Rose, was not warm and came off moody. 2. my mom and i had our lashes done here for the first time— luckily her lashes came out great, mine? not so much. I specifically instructed that i wanted a manga lash style with a photo guide provided. Understandably, lack of knowledge on my end could have contributed to this specific issue, but some initiative from the lash tech would have been nice to have explained the outcome vs expectation. this specific lash tech also tried to upsell a different lash style to me that was 4000 pesos MORE expensive than the one i availed which made no sense because the manga lash style was about length…

This was my first time getting waxed since Lay Bare closed, and it was honestly a horrible experience. The wax they used was extremely hot I complained, but the staff just said it was fine and cooled it down a bit before continuing. It ended up burning my underarms, and now they’re darkened from it. When they moved on to my legs, another staff member took over, but she was so rough it felt like she was punishing me instead of doing a service! Beautiful interior. Staff especially the nail tech who did my nails and the one who threaded my eyebrows were so welcoming! Definately quality service. It did not feel rushed and they took their time so that I got the best service. Love how soft their chairs are, makes you relaxed. We are coming back to try their facial and massage next time. The name of their store is SKINREV. I'm confused about the Ayumi as well even the mall security guard. I think the only downside is that they don't answer to calls and texts even though the cellphone number rings. They're not very responsive to queries…
