I had a very bad experience with Spaces. I ended my rental in May 2025, and as of today, my deposit still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve tried following up multiple times, but the reception told me that tenants can’t contact the accounts department directly because they are based in the Philippines. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable. There has been no communication or progress on my refund, and I feel completely ignored. I do not recommend Spaces to anyone looking for a professional and reliable workspace.
If you plan to use this facility frequently, think twice before signing a contract with SPACES, as this site is now practically unavailable. Since the “renovation” in May/June 2024, access to the open area with beautiful windows and ample co-working space has been eliminated. Office doors now obstruct the area, and most of the space has been rented out to companies to maximize profits. The remaining co-working area is limited to a noisy, crowded kitchen, one bench, and a shared table where you end up staring at other people’s faces. Worst experience with a coworking office. I’ve asked them multiple times, over 20 emails to cancel my membership / provide an update on my membership status with no responses over 2 months. My packages have been lost multiple times, no updates on mail or anything else. They’ve also tried to double charge me for months I have not even been a member and the worst customer support team / nobody ever at reception. WORST EXPERIENCE, would not recommend and definitely would not come back here.

Unprofessional service. Unattended reception. Our meeting for a tour of the facility was scheduled days in advance but they still managed to miss the appointment even after calling me and texting me two hours before to see if I was still coming. I came and nobody was there to attend to me. There are many choices of coworking space and shared offices in Singapore. Avoid this one.
Very bad experience in termination. When I went down physically into the office and told them I do not need the virtual office subscription for the next year. The counter staff told me to just go into the app and cancel the renewal as the service has not started. I did as told but few weeks later, was still charged for the monthly payment. A call into the service centre, staff say they already sent me email three month ago mentioning that the plan will auto renew and I cannot cancel even now that it is not inforce yet. A few emails asking few questions but no results or solutions to my issue.…
We were here to host our workshop and the place is so conveniently located at Orchard and close to bus stop and MRT. The meeting room layout is fantastic and with a great view outside too. Special thanks to Angie and Amira for the splendid hospitality and help! Will definitely be coming back to host our events.
Very nice, convenient and welcoming place. Facilities are well maintained, not too crowded. Angie and Amira are doing an outstanding job to make you feel at home and forget that this is a co-working space. I have barely seen such high level of service.
