The application process was easy and all my questions were answered quickly. Everyone in the office was super helpful. Move in was great! I’m very happy!
The ladies in the office are amazing and helped me and my family with our applications and I cant wait to move in! Here i come Key West! And i love the chickens bawkawk
I want to highlight aime for her exceptional demonstration of kindness and patience in your role as a manager. These qualities don’t just make you a better leader — they have a real, positive impact on the condo an environment, she always make time to listen and understand everyone, she treats everyone the same, and unfortunately it wasn’t like that before. So she is the best thing that happens to the administration at wreckers cay. Thank you aime for all your help, and for always have the best attitude.
I absolutely love living here- Aime Cody and Bridget have made this complex a joy to come home to at the end of the day- they have been diligently cleaning up the property and they are extremely responsive to emails phone calls and messages - including maintenance orders- having been an original tenant in our building we plan on staying for as long as we qualify- so grateful for the amazing staff.

Bridget and Aime and Cody have been nothing short of amazing since they have landed at Wreckers Cay - the garbage has been getting cleaned up the cars- the issues with children playing and damaging everything without adult supervision- I am overjoyed with having all three with us! I am an original tenant and am thrilled-we were planning on leaving but now with this great trio we want to stay as long as possible- Elizabeth

The pool, clubhouse, and gym are all top-notch, with amenities that make everyday living feel like a vacation. A huge shoutout to Scarlett, their incredibly talented leasing agent. She made the entire process seamless with her professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge of the property. We love living here! From our cozy unit to the great amenities to the amazing views, it’s been a wonderful experience. Aime has helped us so much in the office, answering all our questions and welcoming us to the community. Nick and Luca have worked hard to fix up our apartment and have been responsive, timely, and courteous. Thank you all!
There are 8 lovely buildings on this ground that is always well kept by maintaince Mark and Dave always out working so hard. Pool and club house is super nice there is a gym with lots of work out equipment, covered parking office staff is super friendly always so smiley Yveline and Shannon very welcoming. Property is friendly to kids and pets also has a playground.. nothing here is to regret brand new everything .. AWSOME ! :)
