Beautiful place, the employees work hard and are kind but it seems that it is SERIOUSLY UNDERSTAFFED because 1 person tries to help 15 people at once. The self payment cashier idea is really bad.
Nicest and most elegant Zara shop i ever visited,beautiful concept,shopping in an atmosphere of a high end boutique especially in the men department , huge choice of clothes,prices are identical to other Zara Athens shops, Zara Athens is the cheapest Zara shop beside Spain
One star for after sale service, my wife bought me merchandise worth 400 euro and one of the items wasn't the right size , where we live we don't have Zara so they don't accept returns for things bought from the store and you only have one month to return it so its not possible for us to return it, also when trying to communicate with them there is only ai with ready answers so no real communication is possible. Thank you Zara we will be back.
Spacious and modern store with a great layout. Easy to shop even with a child, plenty of options, and well-organized sections. A convenient and enjoyable stop for fashion shopping while exploring the city.

I visited the Zara Minion store today around 2:00 PM and honestly… I was blown away. The space is breathtakingly beautiful — but that was nothing compared to the shock I got from the incredible customer service I received from every single person working there. The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by smiling staff members who immediately asked if I needed any help and stayed close by the entire time, ready to assist with anything I needed or answer any questions.
