! WARNING REVIEW ! I booked my stay at The Sterling Building through the agency HIGUEST (Floor 22 - appartement 2022) After a few days in the apartment, I started noticing bites on my body. Shortly after, I discovered bedbugs throughout the apartment. The unit was clearly infested — in the bed, the sofa, and other areas. It was an extremely distressing and unacceptable situation. I had no choice but to leave the apartment immediately. Although the agency and the manager, Mr. Harrison, offered to carry out a disinfection and suggested I return four days later, anyone familiar with bedbug…
Falsely advertised
The security guards aren't even real security guards, they're just wearing uniforms The security dont now what is hes Job😂 There are no rules about how long things can stay open; nothing is posted anywhere. It's disorganized and disrespectful.
The air-conditioning system in this building is unbelievably bad. The gym has almost no oxygen circulation, and the management is completely irresponsible and impossible to reach. I actually fainted inside the gym because of the poor ventilation. For a building of this level, this is absolutely unacceptable. I rented a short term apartment in Sterling and all was good except for this but now I shall NEVER rent an Appartment here again after such horrible treatment !! Dangerous for health
