  • I toured The Florian this morning with Kailah’s help. She was sweet, patient, and very professional throughout the entire visit. She showed me three different units and took her time answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You could genuinely tell she enjoys what she does. Kailah made the experience smooth and comfortable. She represents the property very well, and I really appreciated her help.
  • Unprofessional leasing staff , time wasters . If I tell you prices and floor plans that I want , provide me with the information I ask not trying to upsell me or waste my time or not tell me the prices of the apartments before I see them. Dont tell me you put a tour together without showing me anything if I’m asking you about floor plans. If I say “ I don’t have time to view the amenities I’d like to view the apartments “. Would it make sense to respond with “ so do you not want me to tell you about the building” .
  • Exceptional living experience at The Florian DC! From the moment I moved in, the staff here have gone above and beyond to make this community feel like home. The building is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — but what truly sets it apart is the team. A special thank you to Ayanna, Adrien, Adria, and Kayla for always being so professional, kind, and attentive. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with packages, or just greeting residents with a smile, their energy and care make such a difference. The amenities are top-notch, the neighborhood is great, and the sense of community here…
  • Great experience moving in. It was great working with Ayannah in the leasing office and they were able to accommodate my tight timeline. The appliances (dishwasher, fridge) are on the smaller side but the unit I moved into (alcove studio/ jr 1 bedroom) is a great size and at a much lower price point than what you’ll find in Noma. Highly recommend!

  • I am a international student who is studying at Johns Hopkins University. I recommend highly to the people who want to take a rent inside DC. There are several reasons for that. The Florian DC suggests lower price than another kind of rent apartments and gives many perks like gift cards, one month free option, referral bonus. Moreover, their officials are very responsible and proffesionals, especially I want to take a note for Dwayne. Dwayne is a great person. In addition to my points, The Florian arranges many events every month for getting great relationship with their residents. Thanks a…
  • I loved living here! It’s a great location. You can’t beat it. It’s really close and walkable to the metro station, tons of restaurants, union market, and multiple grocery stores. There’s amazing coffee shops nearby, and a lot to do in the neighborhood. And by far this building has the best community events each month! The only downside is that the units are small and the appliances are smaller size, but the building is beautiful and brand new with great amenities. I highly recommend this building.
  • I signed my lease without touring in person, so I did a virtual tour with Adria—and she was fantastic. Not only was she super helpful during the leasing process, but she also went above and beyond to assist me with moving in after hours on a Sunday. Sam from maintenance was equally great, helping make sure everything went smoothly during move-in. Big thanks to the team for making the experience easy and welcoming!
  • Lovely building in the heart of town. I viewed many units and they were all sleek and modern. Dwayne matched me with the unit of my dreams! Highly recommend. Excellent staff (concierge/maintenance) great amenities. Only a few blocks from the trendy union market neighborhood and a block or two from the noma metro!
