I am visiting a tenant in the building often. The building is nice , well taken care of. Unit is spacious, bright. But why is the building scented outside????? Again, today as I was walking to building it was very noticable scent around the Noth - East corner of the building . The scent of course lingering up to her unit . Noticable from opposite side and a bit North from the building, on Parkwood . Some days even on St Clair. Why is this building scented / citrusy very noticable scent. I am visiting tenant in bldg often Nice. Clean bldg , well taken care of But why is this bldg scented around the back outside and lobby ??? Lemony/ airfreshner / sanitizer smell Some days very strong, last week no scent for a few days at all , and again yesterday lingering around back of bldg Why is this necessary ? Specially that they have tenant with severe chemical sensitivities
The building is very clean and well kept. Great location as well. We have been visiting friends for some time. Today we were coming by about 6pm Outside of the building there was a strong flowery/ lemony scent noticeable. It was a bit odd . The scent was much stronger in the whole lobby area. Cleaning or fragrances maybe both??? Clean does not smell no need for this at all. We had to hurry through as it was really too much and bothered us both. Today many people are bothered or sensitive to these strong chemical/ synthetic cleaners / fragrances. It could be a health hazard for some. We can…
Today February 23, 2022 around 6:10pm, I had an uber delivery to a tenant at 6 Parkwood Avenue, Toronto. The security guard had assaulted me. I have detailed what happened to me today below. Just to let you know, I was not trespassing. I had permission from a tenant to get inside the premises because I was delivering his food. I hadn't even entered the main lobby yet when the security guard/concierge asked me to leave and bring my scooter outside. I asked him kindly if I can place my scooter somewhere inside until I deliver the food to the tenant. He immediately responded that I cannot leave…

The building is well maintained. property management is very helpful whenever i have any questions. Security is responsible and was here since 2016
Have been living in here for almost 2 years. This is one of the best condo in Toronto, great management, well Maintance each floor, every maintenance notice is always very upfront. Extremely helpful front desk. Never regret living in here👍👍
Nice building, still brand-new (2016), awesome view (if facing South). Sound-proof construction, just simple and good. Front-desk staff is nice and helpful.
Very nice building with great amenities. Quite and urban. Residents are very pleasant, smiling at you all the time. Subway is across the street, loblaws, medical clinic. Forest hill village is just steps away, very nice area to start a weekend with a cup of coffee there. Steer cars are just across the street too. Huge park in front of the building with recreation area, tennis courts, etc. All in all one of the best building in Toronto and certainly in midtown.
