Ventana HOA is amazing! Amanda is a wonderful community manager. She books all kinds of fun vendors like Insta booth 817, Kitty’s cooking, and more!
Living in this community is like living with family! The community and friendships are the icing on the cake. I have met my best friends in this community and would highly recommend for any age group!
Wanted to share a review for the Ventana HOA management team, particularly our LifeStyle Director, Ephraim Walker. Is there nothing this man can't do? He makes living in Ventana so fun. His events are tasteful, exciting, and relevant. He gets into it, gets the residents excited about it, and is an all-around fun and fantastic human. We are so lucky to have you, Efraim, keep up the good work!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Ventana and their management team! We’ve lived in Ventana for five years, having moved here to be part of an interactive community and Ventana has delivered beyond our expectations! Over the years, we’ve worked with the HOA, and I feel that our newest Community Manager, Amanda has been great! She’s always responsive and proactive when issues arise. I'm proud to live in the Ventana community. It truly is a community that helps each other. Like with any neighborhood, you get out of it what you put in. Neighbors are kind and generous, and we love getting to know them. The community keeps growing, and I love being a part of the social committee that brings people together, old and new residents alike. This is a multigenerational community with many activities.
