Jennifer was really helpful. She showed us a few apartments and took her time explaining everything. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process, which made things a lot easier for us. We’re really happy living here. The building is always very clean, and the front desk staff is consistently, friendly, and welcoming. I 100% recommend this place.
i came here to look at the property for prospective living, i only parked 10-15 minutes to show my partner their dog park, i was fined 59 dollars for a 10-15 stay, when i appealed it they denied it because they said i didn't pay WELL DUH, PAY BU METER IS PER HOUR NOT PER MIN why would i pay for a 10 minute stay ???? they are so strict i can only imagine living here how horrible it is .
I’m counting down the days until I can leave this place. It’s been a nightmare. If you value peaceful mornings, don’t move here. The landscaping crew starts with extremely loud equipment at 7:30 a.m. every single day, and management showed no empathy — they simply said there’s nothing they can do.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Be prepared that when you move into your new apartment, you will be scammed out of money, and when you move out, you’ll be hit with a huge fee—even if you leave the place in excellent condition. I was fined $620, and it looked like a typical scam! They look you straight in the eye, knowing they’re charging you for nothing, but you have to pay because that’s how they run their business. Horrible office and everyone who works there. It could have been a great place if these people didn’t scam those who decide to live here. Avoid this place!

This is the worst building I ever lived in ! First of all building is cheap ! It’s has nothing to do with luxury . Here it feels like old dirty motel with people who leaving a trash just in a hallway , the carpet full of stains and dogs pee everywhere ! The noise from the AC is horrible , it goes through the entire building cause it was build poorly. The washer is so old so it’s tearing your clothes apart and making a crazy noises . We rescheduled an apartment viewing appointment via phone. Received a verbal confirmation from Tristan, who came across as very accommodating during this call. When we arrived at our newly scheduled time we were told that they needed a confirmation number, but Tristan did not generate a new one after yesterday's phone call. Maria, the leasing agent, was entirely unhelpful and unnecessarily rude.
Please look as all recent reviews are horrible! Joanna left and Sailly is the manager now for the past 8 months, nothing but PROBLEMS. Worst “luxury building” I have ever resided in!!!
