Very clean, super safe with gated, covered parking. Love the pool, gym, sky lounge, and game room. Leah and Zarah are exceptionally professional and profoundly helpful. I really enjoy my time at Eastside Heights.
If you are looking for a warm & friendly leasing experience, look no further! Leah exceeded my expectations when visiting Eastside Heights. She really listened, had an eye for detail, and connected with me. Zarah too made a great impression on me. What a dynamic duo!!! Thank you both.
This apartment was super cute and affordable with a great view. Leah in the front office was super helpful and kind and answered all my questions. This place was clean and the management is incredible.
I love my stay here. Everyone is great, the leasing, the maintenance staff all have been wondering. I personally enjoy all the amenities. And my dogs, enjoy them as much as I do. Sometimes, I can have an issue with the valet trash service they got, the staff are still very helpful. I just wish they can change the trash service providers.

My partner & I have lived here over a year & have had a wonderful experience. The staff is always so helpful & friendly. I chat with the maintenance staff every morning while I get my complimentary coffee from our in-house baristas. We’ve never had major issues with our unit. We love all the amenities, the gym & pool specifically. We love living at Eastside Heights.
I worked with Mya while checking out this property, and she was fantastic. She’s funny, personable, and made the whole tour feel comfortable and easy. Even though I ultimately didn’t rent here because the location just wasn’t the right fit for me, Maya made the experience enjoyable. If you’re considering this place, definitely ask for her—she’s great to work with!

The last time I wrote my review, I focused too much outside the perspective of what this establishment provides. As an Islander farm Hick to now disabled veterans. I feel even more disappointed staying here, as long as I did. The only luxury I could realistically point out was the already extra expense for a good view if you got lucky with a unit facing Nissan, the close distance, and gated parking, besides that I'd say this is Luxary for low income living for sure based on quality of what you pay for realistically, everything is temufied, and the gerneral maintenace you actually get can be…
