Angela is the best leasing agent ever! So kind, efficient, patient, and understanding. She went above and beyond helping me through the signing process and continues to provide excellent customer service through my time here at EON! The building itself has great amenities and is in an awesome location- just some occasional functional/maintenance issues (elevators down/key fob systems slow/finicky/not working). However overall, I think this is a great place to live and would definitely recommend it!!!
I had a great experience touring apartments with Angela from Eon Squared. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive throughout the process. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the tour smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.
Tyrese was VERY helpful through my entire touring and sign on process! He followed up via email immidiently and answered the phone every time I called. The complex is very clean and the apartments are well kept and updated at a fair price.
I've been living at Eon for a month, and the best way to describe my experience has been mediocre. Not great, not bad, just mediocre. I find there is a night and day difference between the North and South buildings. The North building seems to have all elevators functioning, hallways are clean and AC is working, and concierge is always present. The South building seems to be the exact opposite. I live in the South building for reference. 1. The south building has had 2 of 4 elevators down since the day I moved in. They sent out an email saying they are awaiting parts, but I find this…

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Tyrese in the leasing office because he has been nothing but amazing since the day I toured this building. Anytime I need something, he’s literally always available and ready to help, no attitude, no stress, just good energy and real support. Tyrese always has such a good attitude and is genuinely pleasant to be around. He makes every interaction easy and enjoyable, and you can tell he actually cares about the people who live here. Whether it’s answering questions, fixing an issue, or just checking in to make sure everything’s going smoothly, he goes…
Angela is hands-down the best agent I’ve ever worked with. From the very first conversation, she made everything feel effortless. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive. the type of agent who actually listens and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. Angela goes above and beyond, communicates clearly, and fights to get you exactly what you want. Truly a leading agent in every sense. On top of Angela being amazing, the apartment complex itself is next-level. The building is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are exactly what you want…
I absolutely love living in this building, and a huge part of that is thanks to the incredible management team. Yoly, our property manager, is outstanding—always attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Gabe is quick and reliable with maintenance, always making sure everything runs smoothly. Angela, Tyrese, and Leandro greet residents with a smile every day and are always so pleasant and helpful. Their positivity makes such a difference. The building itself is wonderful, but it’s really the management company and this amazing team that make it feel like home. Thank you all for being…
Angela was such a sweetheart she took the extra time to compare and contrast apartments with us. I totally recommend this place. The community feels so welcoming and supportive. I can’t wait to live here
