Live here since July 2025, very cold inside during the winter, you'll need heater to get warmth. Do not live on the 7th floor because above it is the gym, so some people think they're powerlifters and they're dropping their baby weights on the floor. Do not expect much from the maintenance team. I would describe this building as a dormitory, not as an apartment building. Alarm system can work at any time, especially during the nights, be prepared. Exterior and interior are nice, but think twice before you buy or rent here. Do not blame others if you decide to live here. And by the way, do not…
Terrible in all senses. Zero noise cancellation, poorest construction quality, people working from home or if you plan to rest after your working day - good luck. Fire alarm that gives you a minor heart attack every now and then, construction noise, weird wind echoing in some pipes (still can't figure out the source). Noisy airbnb guests who party non stop and running semi-naked down the corridor in the middle of the night, you hear water running through the pipes, neighbours openning their doors and shuffling behind the door, what else shall I add - access cards that no one uses, because…
Building gives nice first impression, but after living here , you would get a real face of it all, unfortunately… Constant fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night, gets me panic attack every time in the middle of deep sleep. So irritating! What for ?! No noise isolation. I can hear all corridor and Neighbour’s kids. Terrible sewage smell from the bathroom was getting me almost to vomit every time I enter. Wet walls in the common hallway and now started to show in my apartment, I guess there are leaking pipes in between floors, nobody does anything, they just repaint walls every 2 weeks…
Very disappointing decision by the management to close the gym and gaming room so early that they are no longer useful for people who work long hours. For many residents, these facilities were meant to be enjoyed after work, as a way to relax, exercise, and unwind at the end of the day. With the current early closing hours, this is simply no longer possible. What truly made this building unique and attractive compared to other buildings in the area was the availability of these facilities with flexible hours. Unfortunately, that uniqueness is now gone. Prime Residency 3 offers a refined living experience in Furjan, featuring stylish interiors, modern finishes, and well-planned layouts. The apartments feel spacious and elegant, complemented by excellent professional management, and a calm, family-friendly environment. Highly recommended.
Peace be upon you. I came to Dubai with Marty and my kids to this residence, and I just want to say that I really liked it because the apartment itself is very spacious, and the area is beautiful and feels very safe. Another thing my family and I loved is that there’s a supermarket nearby, so it’s not far at all. At the same time, we’ve been using Uber and public transport — buses, minibuses, everything is easy to reach. Lastly, I just want to say: come here, it’s a really nice place, very safe, and honestly, the people are great. 😊
I’ve been there for a month with friends for holidays. I really enjoyed my time in this residence. Nice small gym and nice pool. We played PlayStation and ping pong everyday 😍🥰. We really enjoyed our time. It’s not in the center al furjan, but it is very affordable with prices and everything. There is a supermarket near. We used a lot Uber and metro. In downtown and marina the prices are literally the double or maybe triple. Next year for sure we will be back in Prime residency 3. See you soon 🔜🫶🏼
