We would like to report a member of the old security team called Inayat Alhashimi. Even after his team was removed from security and there is a new team, he is often seen lurking around the building or talking to the new security claiming he works in "short term rentals" . He makes people uncomfortable and even requested to join the marquise square resident WhatsApp group with a fake name. He wanted to see how many odd jobs he can do trying to pose as one of the residents. This is serious fraud and we cannot tolerate it. We highly suggest you take it up with the highest member of security.
It was one of the best buildings in Business Bay. After the building management change, there's now a cockroach epidemic here, dirt everywhere, and very aggressive security. I lived here for three years, it's very sad. I highly do not recommend it.
Had an amazing stay at this stunning building! We spent a few days in a lovely apartment with breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the canal. The surroundings were perfect, with a beautiful swimming pool and great amenities. It truly felt like home away from home absolutely loved every moment!
Since the takeover by the new management team, there has been a noticeable decline in standards. The cleanliness of the common areas has become increasingly questionable, while cases of incivility among tenants (and short-term guests via Airbnb) are more frequent — including garbage left directly on the floor near the chute, personal items abandoned in corridors (such as trash, shoes, empty packages, and scooters). Management has also introduced constant policy changes without prior consultation, such as mandatory access cards, paid visitor parking, altered gym and pool hours, and the removal…

After 2 years experience in this building, I can share my positive experience, this tower is located in the heart of Dubai, while keeping a nice and quiet atmosphere, very well maintained with stunning Gym and pool, the apt is very quiet and full equipped with top quality materials and appliances. On top of it, the building design and materials/finishing with concrete and wood makes real difference with other buildings in Dubai, real great experience of living.
Since the change in management company, several recurring issues have emerged: 1) cockroach infestations; 2) ventilation problems causing excess moisture in the apartment — damaging clothing and affecting health; 3) significant cement dust accumulation in Basement Level 3 which seems to be never property cleaned; 4) the gym is also expected to be cleaner; 5) also some questions to the security: visitors accessing the building are not registered Also it is worth mentioning that there are many airbnb apartments where people are often partying. The guest toilet and other amenity are being destroyed before our eyes. The courtyard is forever in the trash. The cleaners and security guards don't understand why they're in this house. They don't make the residents' lives easier, but only complicate everything. A house with steep views and a good location is simply falling apart due to mediocre treatment.
Not sure about all these negative reviews,I spend over a week there and it was great time,pool is big and clean,great for swimmers,gym is superbly equipped,the view from our apartment(1712) was amazing and the whole building is new and finished in high standard oh and the location is just great,close to Burj Khalifa,Dubai Mall and new marina.
