We are so grateful to call The Brook our home. From day one, it has been an exceptional living experience, and so much of that comes down to the incredible living space and breathtaking views and the thoughtfully designed amenities. Our apartment itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and designed with comfort and quality in mind. I moved into The Brook in November and it's been great so far. A big part of that is the front desk team - Enver, Macie, Irillis and Tiffany always have a warm greeting and make this place feel like home. The rest of the team is great too. The unit is bright and comfortable and the amenities, especially the gym, and the co-working space, are so convenient. Nice tenants too.
Note: I have not moved in yet and will update my review once I do. I've been working with The Brook lottery team for about a month now, and I have no complaints. Their team is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They respond quickly as well! If this is how they operate, I believe living in the building will be fantastic. I can't wait to move in! Also, when I visited to view the apartments, the people at the front desk were very kind too.
The absolute best part of the building is the amazing front desk staff! Enver has quickly become one of my favorite people. Always incredibly helpful, kind with a ready smile. But can't say enough good things about Macy, Irilis and Tiffany as well. Super friendly, incredibly communicative and always helpful. Another special call out to George. He is an incredibly hard working guy, never stopping and doing his best to keep the spaces clean -- always with a smile. The front desk team here has been fantastic, from the moment I stepped into The Brook, I felt welcomed and could genuinely see myself calling the building home. The amenities are top tier, the gym, the coworking spaces, and the regular events really add to the luxury, at home feel. That said, the communication from the management team isn’t always the best, but I’m sure will improve over time.
I moved into The Brook in August, and it has been a wonderful experience. What truly sets The Brook apart is the staff—especially Irilis, Enver, Tiffany, and Yorgan. From day one, they’ve made the building feel like home. They are warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. There have been several occasions when I’ve come home to find Enver already has my packages ready for pickup. Recently, I had a fall and Yorgan went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay. Moving into The Brook this past month has been an amazing experience. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully designed, with great lighting and an incredible view. Having an in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher for us has been a total lifesaver since we never had one before. The closet is big and we have 3 of them!—which is a huge plus. The amenities are genuinely top-tier. I moved into The Brook in early September and have really loved it so far. The staff make a huge difference - shoutout to Macy, Irilis, Tiffany, and Enver at the front desk for always being kind and super helpful. The experience team (Monique and Cody) do a great job keeping things fun and social (+1 run club), and maintenance has been super quick and attentive whenever I’ve needed anything.
