I rarely leave negative reviews, but people need to be warned about this building and its management. My experience here has been absolutely horrible. The way management treats certain residents — especially immigrants and members of the Jewish community — felt discriminatory, hostile, and deeply inappropriate. Instead of professionalism, we were met with aggression, dismissiveness, and what clearly felt like anti-Semitic and racist attitudes. Concerns were handled with intimidation rather than respect. Great location on the water with sunset views overlooking Tampa Bay.
I fantastic place to live. Urban / waterfront living at it's best. Our 27th home (move) and likely our last and one of the best.
Our car was recently towed while we visited friends at Marina Point. Although we parked in a space marked as Marina Point Guest parking, we have since learned that Marina Point Guest Parking is only for Sales Office guest not people visiting residents. It not only cost $190 (cash only) for the 40 minutes from the time our car was towed until we recovered it, but we had to recovery it late at night from the Starks Towing Company junkyard located in a sketchy as heck part of Tampa. Imagine your elderly mom and dad wandering around a dark junkyard at midnight. That was us. We would have Ubered…

A fabulous luxury high rise condo complex in Tampa on the bay in the Westshore district. Not completed yet. Completion scheduled late August or early September. Sweeping views of the bay, St. Pete and downtown Tampa.

My wife and I have been watching this development since the beginning. Making the decision to purchase a unit was easy. This development is going set a new standard for waterfront living in Tampa Bay. We can't wait to move in.
Amazing new condominium community in the Westshore district. I am excited to see the final product. Their sales center is beautiful and the agents are very helpful. 5 stars for the location and water views!
