I have been living here for 1.5 years. I consistently enjoy being here and I don’t believe all the 1-star reviews. Obviously they don’t understand what it takes to upkeep a nice facility and just like to complain. It’s not easy to manage a bunch of whiny resident but they do a damn good job. They try to do things to improve apartment living. I think for the cost, I certainly get my return on investment. The front office: Cici, Jasmine, and Andrea have always been pleasant and responsive. I just moved in & so far it’s been a smooth transition. Anthony, Vic & Andrea have made this process so easy with all their helpfulness. Definitely feel like I made the right choice w these apartments.
my personal experience living at the Lyle has been great. the staff are wonderful and i love my apartment. any issues i’ve had, they have taken care of them. i’m a pretty quiet resident and my neighbors are quiet as well. i feel extremely safe living here
After reading some of the top reviews, I want to say that everyone will have their own opinion and experience. As a current resident, I have really enjoyed living at Lyle thus far. I have quick access to the garage, it's quiet, and I have wonderful living conditions. For any issue encountered, Anthony and the maintenance team have been quick to respond and diligent in correcting the issue. Overall, I find the community safe, well-maintained, and checks all the boxes needed for a great place to live!

I recently toured The Lyle and was genuinely impressed. I toured with Jazzmine and she is a stand out leasing consultant. Jazzmine was so positive, professional, attentive, welcoming, honest, and has been following up with me through out my search to find the perfect new apartment in Addison. I highly recommend recommend touring The Lyle and if you do please ask for Jazzmine!
I want to start by saying everyone has their own experience and this is not to discount any other reviews but I wanted to share my own experience living here. That being said, I am a current resident and I have really enjoyed my time living here over the past year. So much that I am renewing my lease. Every time I have had a maintenance issue, they have came the same day to fix it. CiCi (the property manager) has always been extremely helpful as well. Lyle apartment is a wonderful place to live. Cici and Jazzmine has been very helpful with any situation that has occurred since moving here. They make it easy to love where I live. The entire staff rocks, I so appreciate anything you have done to make our community stronger. Thank you
We moved into what we thought would be a safe, well maintained apartment. Instead, we ended up losing nearly all of our belongings furniture, shoes, clothes, personal items because of unchecked mold growth and dangerously high humidity levels caused by a faulty HVAC system. We first reported visible mold in July. At first, we were dismissed and told that the source was unknown, or that we might have brought the spores in ourselves. After leaving for their so called "remediation," we came back to find mold still spreading. By August, our entire apartment was affected. It wasn’t until a mold…
