This beautiful family community offers a wide range of wonderful amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, walk-in beach-like pool, playgrounds, multiple dog parks, fire pit lounge areas, and a beautiful nature walking trail. It’s definitely a great place for families to live.
Feel like a victim of fraud. Was charged an over 7% interest rate and forced to pay over $6k at closing to buy down to 6.25%. While all my neighbors have an interest rate in the 4’s-5’s and we closed in the same month. The HOA is a huge issue here. They don’t respond to calls or emails and were on the third property management company. Love my neighbors but the process is shady and I highly recommend using a realtor when buying from a builder to negotiate on your behalf. The house was slapped together in 5 months, and you could just imagine all the flaws in construction.
Location, location, location...Farm house feel right outside the Green Cove Springs area. Close enough for a Jacksonville commute and far enough away to raise a quiet family. I had the opportunity to have Alicia Oliver assist us in finding a homesite that fits our needs. Knowledgeable and professional sales associate with an awesome attitude.

Lennar Homes is a reputable homebuilder known for their innovative designs and diverse range of offerings.
This is going to be a well designed and thought out community when completed. Attention to detail is Farmhouse style and very presentable. They kept some of the large Oaks to still give you that Green Cove feel.
Granary Park is a great community to live in. We have met so many wonderful families. They are building our amenity center now with pool, fitness, dog park, and so much more. Great place to live.
This community is offering 3 of Lennars Collections. Perfectly located off of Sandridge Road, beautiful scenery and gorgeous trees. Not far from Penney farms.
