I still haven’t received my $50 deposit refund even though it’s been a month since my parking rental ended and I returned the remote. Poor transparency and communication; I do not recommend.

Scammers in unit 618 Avoid This Property – Misleading Pricing and Unethical Practices We recently went to view Unit #618 listed for $2,099 on Realtor.ca only to find out from the showing agents Helen Yue and Soniya that the actual rent was $2,150 When questioned they admitted they had purposely listed it lower “to catch customers’ eyes. Avoid This Building – Poor Management & Unprofessional Conduct I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience living at River & Fifth (5 Defries St, Toronto) due to the unprofessional behavior of the property management, specifically Beenish Haleem, the Condominium Manager. When I raised concerns about persistent odors in the building—both marijuana and strong cigarette smoke—she was rude, dismissive, and manipulative. Well the building is overall good but the management is somewhat loose.. the front team is overall great except a new guy named Mahmud. He would rather let the delivery guy throw out the food in the trash then giving them access to the floor.
It's sad to read all the negative reviews about how poorly the Management is dealing with the growing pains of a new condo. I bought here and did my job of researching who Broccollini is. They did not disappoint me at all. I will recommend them, and trust me I have seen many disastrous builder that I will never deal with. The materials used, are above average and considering their construction was during covid times. Their Customer Service is the true meaning of providing good customer service. I completely agree with the negative reviews below because I have repeatedly contacted them and have not been heard! The management is unable to communicate, solve problems, or notify about breakdowns. This is the first time I have seen people in the wrong place. I love this place, but the management needs to be replaced. I suggest submitting an application to replace the management. We can do this together. We need 15% of signatures.
The building is beautiful and whatnot but the building management is poor. No one has repaired the broken machines in the gym for weeks. Also they failed to alert the building that the garbage disposal is under repair and have provided no alternatives for waste disposal.
