Best place for make business
Place looks great!
We were just passing by on the street, my girlfriend was not well, there were only crowded pavements everywhere. Then we found this space under the Penn 2 sign. She could have sat down for a few minutes but security guys immediately asked us to leave. Then we had to go back to the crowded street, she was still not feeling well. Luckily we found a nice area with seats later. Although I don't understand why they hire security people to send people away without asking from that empty space next to the street.
Multi-use space great for meetings, parties, receptions, etc.

Never in New York City have I smelt fresh carpet in a venue. Super nice.
