Grace was so sweet and welcoming during my tour! Such a fun little area and good company while checking it out! Definitely recommend.
I am currently searching for a new place to call home, and decided to check out the Bohemian in Lake Worth. The amenities are clean, the apartments are spacious, and the staff is very friendly. My tour guide Dania, discussed options that fit my budget and answered all my questions/concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing.
I took tour with Dania to get a feel for the place and the community, and she made the tour experience wonderful! This complex is very clean and modern. And i absolutely love how community oriented it is, it makes you feel very welcomed. Dania was amazing and was super helpful in answering all my questions. When it’s my time to move, this place is seriously on the top of my list!

Hands-down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the assistant manager went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell they truly care about the customer not just trying to get you in and out, but making sure every detail is handled perfectly. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt taken care of from start to finish. The whole team worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and treated my belongings with real respect. Dania impressed me on every level. If you want an easy, organized, and genuinely…
After spending just over two years at The Bohemian, I can confidently say this is one of the finest apartment communities in South Florida. Though I ultimately had to end my lease due to an out-of-state job opportunity, I would have gladly stayed longer if circumstances had allowed. Living Space & Quality: My boyfriend and I were the first residents in our 6th-floor unit, which featured brand new, modern appliances throughout. The construction quality is impressive – the walls are remarkably soundproof, which was essential for my work-from-home setup. I never heard neighbors through the…
The Bohemian is certainly the cool spot to be in Lake Worth Beach! The amenities are beautiful and perfect for those who work from home. The location is perfect for walking to your favorite coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach! Or you can stay in and enjoy the pool, movie room, or dedicated work rooms. More importantly the staff, especially Maya, understand the stress moving can cause. Research indicates it’s up there with divorce and other large life changes! The staff are gracious and helpful. They are patient and quick to address any concerns you bring to their attention. The residents…
I applied for this place and signed a lease within a day or two - the front office staff is awesome Iago has been amazing - maintenance staff very helpful. I can’t hear my neighbors so awesome. I came from a place on the intracoastal so miss the water also don’t love the Uber mega fob system because of privacy and lockout concerns but here’s to staying up on technology. Amazing gym. I give it 5 stars. You also can’t beat the rent and the no security deposit
