A great place to get a new home
I really had a bad experience booking my home with them, and for some official reasons I have to cancel my booking and have been refused to return back my entire deposit amount. Wasted my time and money over here. Other dis-advantage over here there is no proper mobile network anytime... I know I am not going to get me refund back. But I would recommend to check other better valued Builders and communities near by.
Really nice new community being built out there. Hopefully the individual home addresses will come up on maps soon.
Nice and quiet suburban neighborhood

Loved the model and community. Michael was friendly and full of useful information.
We've been having a great experience with Ashton Woods thus far building our new home! I'm really hopeful for the future of Jones Rd. and continued progress in St. Cloud area! Michael, Blaire and Joe have been amazing and we can't wait to move in soon!
Beautiful homes from the high $200K. HOA for Starlight Homes is $60 per month. Clubhouse and pool areas are pretty, as well.
This new community by Ashton Woods is just beautiful and the area will be booming.
