I ordered 10 cups for my colleagues in the morning, although the quantity was large. But Coco was very enthusiastic to help me answer the American type. He also patiently helped me make coffee. She is a kind girl. I am very grateful to her. The price of coffee here is also very cheap.

Really impressed with this Cotti Coffee. The shop is easy to access and ordering is quick. The store is bright and tidy, making it comfortable to sit for a bit. Staff members are polite and efficient, and I’ve been enjoying their coconut latte — surprisingly smooth and refreshing. Great to have a reliable café close by.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Cotti store in Sydney. I was excited to finally visit, but the service was terrible. No one was at the counter when I arrived, and I waited nearly three minutes. When a young staff member came, she looked at us, said nothing, and went straight to the back. She only returned a minute later, but by then I already felt completely ignored. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.
My partner and I go here all the time as we love the coffee. Tonight I went and ordered him a Papas Blue Coconut Latte. I didn’t think much of it until I got home and realized they forgot to put coffee in the latte.
I stopped by Cotti Coffee Ashfield after hearing a few friends talk about it, and I’m so glad I did!
