Was taking my son on a tour and we left very disappointed. We had very long waits for the elevators and many of the amenities looked poorly kept. Can't blame the front staff, just not well kept from the manager side.
Elevators break once a day with only one elevator working for all students. Maintenance never comes. And there has been a flood from the pool pipes into several bedrooms. Also the coffee shop has been closed all year
Elevators are constantly broken down somehow, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes for one to show up and then it'll be full. Management isn't helpful either. Seems like something is always broken here they can never have everything working right. Would avoid.
The elevators are ridiculous, only one out of the four are only working. There hasn’t been one time this whole year that all four have been working. And they have the nerve to post things like this next to the elevators on each floor. Enough is enough!

My daughter lives here - worst building ever! The building looks nice to look at, but it's very poorly run. A 30 story building with only 4 elevators, and out of those only 1 or 2 work on any given day. People complain constantly but the issue is never resolved.
Definitely do not get parking at Waterloo! In addition to $300/month you’ll end up paying for damages that’ll happen to your car. The garage is ridiculously tight and there’s often only inches of spare space between cars and corners while driving. I think there’s 15 spots per floor and I just walked along ONE floor and counted EIGHT cars that all have the same damage—severe scratches/missing paint and damaged bumpers above the back right tires. Very frustrating dealing with this garage, especially when paying so much.
A lot of promises were made when I signed to this apartment that have yet to come true. The hot tub is always broken, our lobby and coffee shop is open to the public when it was advertised to be for residents only when I signed. The elevators break every other day which causes me to be late to class.
My daughter LOVES living here!! By FAR the BEST run living close to campus! They communicate beautifully, have gorgeous amenities and all has been flawless, even assisting with moving her in for this year!! THANK YOU!! (Had the WORST year last year at another building, so this is so appreciated!!)
