What a brilliant fishery I took my son and his friends for the day and they couldn’t be happier nor wait to get back. Such a lovely well looked after place with clean facilities. Can’t thank Tommy enough for all the help and advice he gave the boys it really paid off and they managed to catch big. The shop is well equipped and very reasonably priced and again with Tommy’s help the boys had everything they needed. They are super excited for their next visit.

What follows is my own experience and my own opinions. Social media photos show the work done by cutting the grass and the maintained banks but weed in the lakes is often out of control, managed by getting some rakes out and filling up a small boat. I observed that nothing is done until somebody complains. The fishery manager dedicated a week to removing thick duckweed but he did this with a small net, often staying out on the lake hours into darkness working alone. Is this safe? Does he have the right equipment provided? A planned out, pre scheduled approach would perhaps be beneficial…

Just returned from a wonderful sun soaked day at Twynersh Fishing Complex. I’ve not visited in 15 years and today I had the pleasure of attending with my father, my nephews and my 11 and 13 year old children. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted at reception by a great guy ( sorry I didn’t get your name) he was very informative and friendly. He could tell we were an amateur carp fishing family and gave us a great discount. We all had the best time and will undoubtedly be making this our fishing home!!

Dropped in on a day ticket as wanted to check this place out after watching the YouTube videos. Really helpful staff Tommy gave me some helpful advice top lad, tackle shop fully stocked at really great prices, some of the lakes have duck weed and sunken lille pads in the margins so be prepared to find spots use a pole to clear top weed. Old match lake was fishing hard so roamed about unfortunately didn't have any carp only the dreaded bream but was good to visit will be back for a longer session in future.

Finished as a Platinum member recently, had a great time on pit 3 and bagged most of its residents. I decided to move on as only fishing for a couple of fish. The lakes are filling with weed fast and I made a suggestion to add dye which seems to have taken place. However, duckweed has become a real issue there and lakes often become unfishable. I found most vital maintenance at the site was carried out reactively and as a result of member feedback. A complex this size needs personnel conducting pro-active seasonal maintenance, but it didn’t happen, likely because the team always seemed to be…

This is a fantastic place!! Its a hidden gem!!! Richard the manager is just an amazing person. He was so kind to us and made us feel so welcomed. My 11 year old absolutely loved spending the day there. I am so glad to have discovered this business.

Very good value for money at £12 for two rods. Many lakes to choose from on a day ticket, pit one is always good fishing with carp and bream. Good baits are sweetcorn on the method feeder or pellet. Pit two is very popular with carp up in the thirties and double figure bream. Small tackle and bait shop onsite. Good cafe onsite. Toilets. Free parking.

Had a great time at Twynersh Fishing Complex, the fish weren't biting much over our 36hr stint but had great company to share the time with. The carp in the pictures is one that my Bro manage to get just with his landing net, needed a little care with his carp care kit, once done the carp swam of happy. The bailiff was very friendly and helpful, great little shop on site, plenty of parking. The only downfall is the site could do with someone taking the care of the toilet in the main block and portaloos around the complex. Definitely would return to this fishing complex..
