Employees unwilling to answer simple questions to help, instead referring to the website to find information. I asked a single simple question about ada/ accessibility and it's rudely ignored. Poorly managed. Bad attitude from employees; I am screening you to decide if I want to apply🫣🫢🙄. I am surprised a business with employees like this still exists in this area.
I wanted to Get into this Beautiful Complex, Till I Found out that the Residents Smoke in Their Apts. And the Property Manager, Adeline told me they can't be there 24/7? If this is what You want Go for it? And They also allow Children. 80% seniors, 20% Mother's with kids. I thought it was a Senior Complex. Its very strict over there of Who they let in the door? But, they Allow smoking!! And Don't do anything about it?
I'm very lucky to have landed at Bear Creek Commons, and these are a few of the reasons why I think so... Adelina Kulynych is an excellent property manager who is organized and efficient, as well as knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. When I think of the diversity of people, and their individual situations and needs that she deals with daily, I can't help but be impressed, and she does it all with a positive attitude and a smile that always brightens my day. Came to visit some friends over at bear creek, I love the welcome that I get from the property manager Adelina and the maintenance supervisor Paul and if there is ever an issue at my friends unit, they are on it asap. Highly recommend this place.
I have nothing negative to say about our Manager Adelina Kulynych. Adelina works so hard and if there's ever a maintenance issue she gets right on it and Paul the Maintenance Supervisor rectifies any issues quickly. Highly recommend Adelina and Paul and I feel we are very lucky to have these two for our property.
Great apartments the bathrooms are ridiculously big. The building is clean the people are nice but there's no pool!
