Alta 87 has been an amazing experience from the start. Danielle met with me and showed me around, helped me get settled in, and introduced me to the other team members as I signed up. Everyone that lives here has been super friendly and kind as I moved in, introducing themselves and offering to help. This place is more than an apartment, it's a community. Come join your new family!
I recently moved into the Alta 87 community, and honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience! I moved from South Carolina and was unable to tour the property in-person beforehand. Danielle in the leasing office was so helpful with the process! She took the time to give me a video tour and was prompt in answering every question I had. The whole process was a very positive experience! And, after moving in, it has been just as amazing! There have been community events (like a cornhole tournament and Super Bowl party) that have provided opportunities to get to know my neighbors.…
Cheyanne, Danielle & Carsyn at Alta 87 have each been absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail throughout the entire process. I appreciate Cheyanne’s patience while I decided on the floor plan that best suited my needs. Their remarkable customer service truly made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and stress-free. Because of their support, I’m genuinely looking forward to calling Alta 87 home.
My leasing experience here has been excellent, especially when compared with other newly developed apartments in the area. From the initial inquiry through the leasing process, the staff (Danielle) has been consistently professional, responsive, and courteous. They have been extremely diligent in addressing my questions and concerns, and communication has always been clear and timely. The overall process felt well organized and transparent, which made the decision to lease here easy and reassuring. I am looking forward to moving in next week and am optimistic that the services and amenities…

The entire leasing staff is truly top-tier. Emily, Cheyanne, Carsyn, and Danielle each played a significant role in ensuring my move was successful. While the process was personally very stressful, they were there for me every step of the way, even if it was just to offer a word of encouragement. Thank you, ladies, for your patience and support during this transition. Each of you made a lasting impression. The apartments themselves are beautiful, with so many great floor plans to choose from. I couldn’t be happier—10/10!

Danielle and Emily have been absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. They truly pulled out all the stops to make sure I could get the apartment I had my heart set on, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. I’ve never met anyone as committed as they are when it comes to making sure their residents are happy and taken care of. They were responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested every step of the way, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and reassuring. Their professionalism, kindness, and determination set them apart, and I couldn’t be more…
