This clinic has the poorest customer service and the worst clinic I've ever been to. The staff are seemingly unwelcoming, rude and inhospitable starting from that security guard . Instructions are not clear and when you ask them, they respond rather curtly and in a very unfriendly way.

The processes in their laboratories are quick and efficient. Very kind and approachable staff. The building is clean and has running water. Price is cheap yet service is excellent.

I dislike the staff. Starting off with the security personnel, she (or he since LGBTQIA) hates her job. I knew from the way she accommodates patients and clients. She's irritated always, so try to smile widely when you talk to her. The staff in the information area is also in her menstruating mood. When she talks, she orders you with a condescending tone and in an irritated voice. She hates her job I knew it. The other security personnel at the exit is always angry. Lol. WORST. STATED ON OUR RECEIPTS TO CLAIM OUR XRAY RESULTS ON 11:30AM. Came earlier, waited for how many minutes only to find out. They just started printing out results. What a waste of time.

Really need to separate diagnosis from selling of product. Really did not need the acid in my lungs tonight due to being told to swap out my Omeprazole for Magnesium supplement... My own fault, I knew I shouldn't have listened and found another doctor.
