The building's artitecture is uniqe and beautiful. There are share offices in different sizes. İt's clean and has good service. There is a market, tobacco shop and restaurants at the area.
Stunning architecture, makes the area look very modern and clean. I would shake the hand of whoever designed this building.
A very nice center with many options, modern design, worth a visit
This building is mixture of TSS (The superior suites ) and offices. Investment in this building has many benefits and investors can earn in dollars for 20 years, and all issues will handle by management services. If you are looking for invest on this project or same logic just inform me.

I really loved this project, and i can describe it's benefits for hours. Moreover, it is one of the leed certified buildings of İstanbul with gold degree. Location, neighborhood, access, quality, prices ... And again: it's a green building, it's alive. The only 5 star I've ever rated.
The place is nice but can't figure out what it is not fully rented. It would make the place livelier.
Saw it in FHVK serial. The building is freaking awesome and the flat and view from flat of yagiz was super cool.
So many offices, cafes, restaurants, shops... but you can not access pfotocopy and print services.
