The head concierge should learn some manners while working as a head concierge. If you are at fault accept it and apologize instead of making rude remarks and showing attitude.
I’ve been living here for 6 months and it’s disappointing. It’s noisy, but that’s my fault, I saw the road with 6 lines, I saw the construction and thought the building has good sound insulation. Spoiler - no, it doesn’t. This beautiful white petals you can see outside the building works like a sound mirror and reflects all the noise from the road exactly into your windows. Balcony door was installed bad and has gap even when it closed with a force, because it has different widths on the upper side and the most lover side. If your rent doesn’t include parking stall and you need it, you should…
Great design. Balcony design is really cool. Great for any architectural buffs.
Love the view of the North Shore and location - much quieter than other parts of downtown. Accessible and a 5 minute walk to all the amenities of Robson street! Great concierge, helpful, courteous and the building is nice!

If you want an over price condo and live with homeless people tenting 24/7 under your buildong and shooting heroein then choose this building. so dirty, no security the restaurant below smell like gross burnt oil. There are few homeless people who sleep under the building at the entrance, urinate there, shoot up heroein there and there is not a single act from the building or the security. Do Not live here
Management is not good! Noisy building, not that peaceful overall! Not a good structure; it's just new and looks neat, not worth it.
Great Building and amazing concierge!
Beautiful building but awful management. I have to break my lease and move out. The concierge and strata council treat you as second class citizens if you just rent there. DO NOT RENT this apartment!
