Populated area but good to live, street are not developed yet.
We are currently in Dubai and rents here are increasing like crazy and we are planning to shift to sharjah can anyone who is aware of Al thurayya building muweilah community guide about the current rent and all the amenities and disadvantages of this area and building please .Would really appreciate it.
Advantages alot of desi food shops nearby. Alot of schools closeby. Disadvantages dead jam traffic. Very high rents. Alot of buildings have very small flats. Maintenance generally isnt good apart from very few buildi
I am disappointed with the maintenance services. Despite reporting, water leakage remains unresolved, and additional charges are being asked even for cleaning. Very very bad maintenance team

We are living almost here past 6 years.area is good with good residents.schools are very near my kids go by walk before 10 mints and reach on time.its rushy area when schools open and off time. But there is no park or any entertainment for kids even though a big place is empty beside my bldg but no-one take notice about to build a proper set up.in this community we need a big park so all kids can enjoy in evening.

This residential complex,called Muwailah Community is just a minute away from Nesto,located at a very Prime location,right opposite to the Ambassador school,they have Studio,1,2,3 Bedrooms and the starting price is 40K for 1 BHK and 50K for 2BHK and 65k for 3 BHK,They have GYM for gents and separate GYM for ladies and its huge,the complex have 2 Swimming pool on the roof top,one for Adults and 1 for kids,separate lockers,changing rooms etc etc.Table Tennis and foosball is also available.Some sort of construction is still happening.The Flats are spacious,all of them have builtin…
