Honest Review - We like it here overall but with a few things that should be improved. Pros: + building itself is beautiful and clean + doormen, maintenance and staff are generally awesome + leasing office is also awesome (shoutout to Vas; he's the man) Cons: + mgmt is very strict about a lot of little things - e.g. they once sent me an email scolding me because i accidentally left a plate on a gym machine (one time) + the refrigerator in our kitchen fell on my wife when opening it and nearly crushed her. i was in the other room (with our baby) and had to put her down to run and prop up the…
The happiest of happy tenants! Best and most beautiful amenities I’ve ever seen in a building, any maintenance request I’ve ever submitted has been answered within the hour - if not within minutes. Units are gorgeous and really strong sound proofing, common areas are pristine and shuttles to the subway make for easy commuting. Incredibly warm and attentive staff!
I've had to file a service request multiple times for a dripping sound in my apartment here. It has been TWO months and nothing has been done and the sound is still here. The engineers do not do anything about it and keep saying that they are "assessing" the problem. It has two months - and I cannot use my own apartment to the fullest potential as this sound has kept me awake in bed or distracted while working. Management has already been informed multiple times and refuses to do anything about it or offer any sort of concession as I am not able to use my "luxury" apartment. [update] a month…
At least one elevator has been down the majority of the time since I've moved into the building in April. During peak hours, I've had to sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for one to come. The service elevator was supposed to help alleviate some of this, but when I come home from work it is consistently being used for deliveries or maintenance. That means there are only 2 elevators servicing a 60 story building during peak hours. Management has given no timeline of when these repairs would be fixed. A 5 star building with 5 star management. The property has the top amenities around, is well maintained and the entire team is so nice and welcoming. Vasilije was extremely helpful in finding a great apartment for my needs and he was very professional in doing so. Happy tenant!
Domino Square is an amazing place to live! The units are beautiful with brand new appliances/finishes, the building management show care in everything they do, the amenities are the best I’ve ever seen, and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend this building and renting with the two trees team in Williamsburg.
I was the first renter to move into One Domino this past Friday, and the experience so far has been really impressive. The building is still under construction, so we used the hoist and there was always at least one member of the construction team helping us every step of the way. The property management team came out to meet us and were very welcoming and helpful. They even brought out waters for myself and my move-in team. One Domino Square will be the newest and most likely the most luxurious development on the Williamsburg waterfront. The property is directly adjacent to Domino Park and the recently opened Domino Refinerty, all constructed by Two Trees, one of Brooklyns preminant developers. There will be two towers clad in porcelain that share a 700,000 sq ft multi-use space called a podium connecting the two buildings.
