I really enjoyed the massage, the spa experience, and the excellent service. Everything was relaxing, professional, and beautifully organized. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality rest and care. Although I visit this hotel quite often, this is actually my first time leaving a review — and it is long overdue. The location is simply unbeatable. Situated along the stunning Mediterranean coast in northern Egypt, the views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is both relaxing and vibrant. It’s the perfect escape from the city. The chefs were outstanding and took very good care of all my vegetarian food preferences — every meal was delicious. Beautiful property, amazing beach, top service. Must recommend!
We had the best time at the hotel—the service and facilities were outstanding. The weather was lovely, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We honestly couldn’t ask for more. Ezra and Islam were exceptional with cleaning and turn-down service, never missing a detail. The spa team were also amazing and very helpful throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was well maintained, and the service was excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the engineering team and the carpenter (Mr. Mohammed Ramadan) for their quick response, professionalism, and attention to detail. Any issues were handled efficiently, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff overall were friendly and supportive. I truly enjoyed my experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others
