Building construction and management are a nightmare. Hard to keep one bedroom warm, water pooling on floors near window . The glass seems so thin, I can hear outside easily and during storms this units so uncomfortable it’s hard to sleep.
Beautiful Condo on the Biscayne Bay, overlooking the water and Miami Beach from the balcony. Amazing amenities for residents.

I came here to fish and really liked how quiet and calm the area was. The boardwalk is well-kept and features three small piers, giving you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view. Located right at the bottom of the condominium, the area feels safe, clean, and tucked away from heavy crowds. This is the best Condo in Edgewater and maybe in all Miami
We have lived at Biscayne Beach for a year and wanted to review this fantastic building. We are sadly moving soon due to the construction (which is out of everyone's hands as essential work and should be complete over the next year or so). But we have never experienced anything like this building. The staff are 5 star - from friendly welcomes as your enter at any time to the staff genuinely caring and going above and beyond. Management is doing something right here. The amenities are what you would expect in a 5 star hotel. You can of course get this in other buildings if you are willing to…
This is the best place to get yoga, peace of mind and just a relaxing morning sunrise at 7:14 AM or an afternoon walk on the path
I visited my friend for the weekend and he resides in these condos. Place is amazing with excellent front staff workers. The guys who valet the vehicles are very friendly. They have fantastic water and high rise building 🏢 views with a feel of serenity to it. Pool area was amazing including as well
