Llevo 2 años viviendo aquí,desde que abrió y me encanta,mi familia y yo estamos muy bien en este complejo lamentablemente se a hecho muy incómodo el tema de los parqueos ;mi caso; trabajo en horario de la tarde noche y llego muy tarde a mi casa y cuando llego no encuentro parqueo y en 2 ocaciones me han puesto las botas a mi carro he tenido que pagar para sacarlo ! Me encantaría que el dueño valorara la ideas de agregar más parqueos! Sería algo genial tanto para él como para los habitantes de este bonito lugar
I’ve had a great experience living here thanks to the property manager Karla Gomez. They’re professional, responsive, and truly care about residents — maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and communication is excellent. The property is well maintained, and management does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. My only wish would be to have more parking — ideally two spaces per unit and some additional spots for visitors. That would make this place absolutely perfect!

My mom currently lives at the Residences at Naranja Lakes, and I have to say that our experience has been wonderful! The Property Manager, Karla, is such a kind and genuine person. She was very patient and took the time to clearly explain the entire move-in process when my mom arrived. Whenever my mom has a concern, Karla is always available and willing to help. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. The community is also very well-kept and clean. The only downside is the parking situation—there’s only space for one vehicle per unit and no designated guest parking. Other than that,…
Todo es muy lindo, Karla y Ada son muy serviciales, impresionado con la admiración que tienen, le gustaría y sería muy bueno si hubieran más parqueaderos, para así evitar dejar el carro atravesado cuando no se encuentra alguno. Pero del resto todo está a la perfección
I’ve been living in Naranja Lakes for almost two years now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the management. Karla has been incredibly helpful, and maintenance workers Jose and Marino ensure that the building is always in excellent condition. Yvette also played a significant role in my move-in process. The only issue I’ve encountered is the limited parking space. I’ve noticed that some residents have moved out due to this problem. However, overall, I consider this place to be an ideal place to live.
I was in the area shopping for a new place and was so impressed by the community at Residences at Naranja Lakes. The grounds are beautiful and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It definitely stands out among the competition.
