Stylish, student‑friendly condo in Katipunan with strong potential I recently toured Hawthorne Heights along Katipunan Avenue, and overall I was impressed with what Vista Residences is offering. The location is a major plus — very close to Ateneo, UP Diliman, Miriam College and other schools, which makes it ideal for students, professors, or young professionals
And I can't make it on my own Because my heart is in Ohio So cut my wrists and black my eyes So I can fall asleep tonight or die Because you kill me. 🤘

Can't speak for Hawthorne Heights but ZERO STARS for Vista Residences as a company and their lack of professionalism and customer service. Horrible experience dealing with them to try and get answers to questions such as payment verifications, to updated SOAs, to selling, etc. Avoid this company!

Debris are falling on our homes everyday. Today I was woken by a smashing sound - pots in garden broken, pieces of cement. Your construction procedure is sloppy and unsafe for the residences nearby.
A really good investment!
I love that this project is in a prime location.
