  • Please do not move in here. The concierges are useless. The reception guy during the day shift has the worst attitude ever. The cleaning ladies and some staff are very kind. Especially the night-shift guy — he is very good. When we came back home, he always opened the door and welcomed us. I miss some of the staff.
  • The worst condo building I have ever rented , power outage , 2 out of 4 elevators broke down for more than 2 weeks but no one fix it, lots of homeless people outside the building, does not allow elevator booking on Sunday for moving ….
  • Not sure if others have noticed, but there’s been quite a bit of turnover with the concierge team—maybe 6 to 8 different people in just the last couple of months. It’s been a little hard to build familiarity or connection with so many changes. Still miss Terrence—having a consistent, friendly face at the front desk really made a difference. Hopefully things settle down soon.
  • Negligent board and Forest Hill Kipling management. Board is completely oblivious to the property's chronic mismanagement. Management isn't diligent or proactive, even when residents report common element deficiencies which is their job to identify and address, they still remain idle and ignore it. Several resident reported unattended items are quite concerning and pertain to safety & security related issues and fire code violations. The property uses the Condo Control Central app as its main management tool, however, its libraries continue to be either empty or completely outdated.…

  • Unacceptable treatment FHK Management. .I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the management of FHK on the 5th floor .The manager is consistently rude, not only to tenants but also to staff and employees. One incident that stands out was when I got locked out of my unit and couldn’t get back in. There was no assistance provided by management, and the only option was to have someone drill through my door frame at 2 a.m.—which is completely unacceptable. lack of support is not what anyone should have to deal with.
  • Before moving in I saw a lot of comments about the elevator not being available because it’s down. But after living here that’s never been an issue. At most one elevator is being used as service elevator and no elevator has been down for more than like a few days. Overall - I appreciate the management getting carpet cleaned and windows cleaned promptly. I think the security and delivery can be a little strict at times. The gym is definitely a nice amenity.
  • Yonge + Rich at 25 Richmond St E is honestly a great spot if you want the best of both worlds. It’s right in the Financial District, so you’re super close to everything — downtown, St. Lawrence Market — amazing, the subway — but it still feels nice and quiet when you’re home chillin. The building looks sharp, the amenities are cool (the rooftop pool is a real bonus), and you can pretty much walk everywhere. If you like the idea of living downtown without being too close to Dundas square, this is it. Saluti
  • Kim at the front desk is hands down the best security I've ever encountered not just here but in all the buildings I've lived in. She's kind, helpful, and will take the time to get to know you personally. If you need anything she’ll help you out as long as you are following the rules. Seeing all these negative reviews against her is shocking, I've lived in this building for over 2 years now and although the building does have its maintenance issues, I have never had a problem with any of the front desk staff. They are all nice, professional people who consistently greet you with a smile and…
