There are some tenants are super aggressive and creepy. They will stalk people in the garden from their window or in their patio. Once you do something which they don’t agree with, they will shout at others made me feel threatened. They will also take pics of you without any permission. Not a very peaceful and chill environment to live in this place. I am not sure whether the management team will take any action to prevent this anti social behaviour. I usually do not write reviews but I believe strongly that this place does require so. The developer has created great houses and it’s an amazing place to live in with quite nice community - except some. It is surely, to some extent nice place to stay in. Yes, it is very expensive but for the price you would expect a lot of things to come with it. Unfortunately, the reception staff is not as great as expected, and should be thought to be replaced. VERY MUCH INCONVENIENT !! Water supply shortage started on 15-16 October and the management and maintenance teams don’t know how long it will shortage for is really awful experience of staying here. The worse thing is there is no reservoir or any helps at all.
update to bed bug situation: it has been almost THREE MONTHS and problem is yet to be resolved. i have been referred to senior property manager, Kalidass Uvaraj, who has accomplished nothing. Location：2 🌟🌟 Reception：0 🌟 Some front desk staff act like they're the boss, ordering guests to open and close doors. Equipment：0 🌟 The washing machine looks like it's from 10 years ago. Room：The door's sound insulation is very poor, but everything else is normal standard.
I've been at the property for almost 2 years. While I do agree with some other comments rent is expensive I found that the concierge staff is awesome and always available. the gym is included I was still am a couch potato, I did like staying there, close to the center.
Really lovely apartment, solid fittings, classy and beautiful interior, appliances were good, wardrobe was excellent. The service and concierge were friendly and I felt safe with them. I can't fault this apartment building, it was totally worth it. Only issue was I did not like my view. Other apartments within the complex do have great views though.
