Super friendly and helpful management and security, one of the best in all my stays in SG over the past many years Condo is iconic with one of the best views from the units and top floor. Love the function rooms on the top floor as well
One of the most frequent used swimming pool. Door steps to 3 MRT lines. Beautiful iconic building that you will never missed. Can catch fireworks at the sky garden.
CRIME AT OPB. Nice condo but my wife and I have to share - there is crime here and the management office don’t do anything about it. My motorbike seat was slashed with a knife and wife’s AirPods stolen. Despite asking management there was no follow up, no report, no sign, no message across the condo app group. It’s like they are trying to pretend that someone here isn’t committing crime … makes us feel unsafe.
Visited a friend here — 5 stars for the city views and shared facilities. Pls note that my rating is purely based on my short visit. Can’t comment on the units themselves or overall living experience.

Beautiful views and really nice cross winds here when we visited our friend. The building is so visible while driving towards it from various directions too! Interior finishings looks really good and seamless! Saw VZug oven etc and friend’s unit though not at high floor zone was still able to get a very open view. We love the gym too! Nice feel and happy for our friend 🤗
My family owns a unit here. Its a great change from the old building which was present here. Its a more luxe feel now. But some inadequacies would be the transport and the super strong winds which might be present during rain storms( some might like it)
Nowhere in Singapore can I find a unit in the city centre nestled within a hill. One and only true gem. The photos speak for itself
visited the sample house event back in 2019, it's a very nice location condo.
