Super efficient hospital. Had everything done including urine and blood test results as well as medication in under 3 hours. Wow. Everyone was friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Not enough staff care to accommodate and some barge in without waiting for response after knocking. I wish there was more security personnel logging people in since we had unwanted visitors on some days who are not even family. The doctor seemed pleasant.

It is worse than what I expected even though they have a new building which is very good and new the building has lots of cracks which I'm worried about and the elevator is broken as for the service though some doctors are nice and care about their jobs while others are late for there jobs and I have to wait 30 mins more for the eye doctor to even come even then she told for a PhilHealth document something and she didn't even give us to speak about the issue so if you are going to this hospital make sure to find the right doctors to take care of this situation.

It would be nice the waiting time is less than 5 hours. Looy pod uban gahulat gipang gutom na. Lipong. Highly suggest mag add ug Doctor. Hoping to see some improvement in this building.

We brought our son to the ER, when we pushed the ER door it was BLOCKED! Someone has used a makeshift blocker on the handles, we knocked and there was a nurse at triage but she didnt remove whatever was blocking the door, HOW COULD YOU DO THAT IN THE ER?! We entered from the main entrance instead and the ER was slow to assist us. My son was eventually confined and due to influx of patients, room available was a suite room which is around 4k+, honestly the price was too high, the bathroom door was chipping and causing a mess on the floor, there were cockroaches and ants, side table and IV…

Glad to know and experienced first hand that the lobby and all departments -front of house of MJ Santos Hospital is now well lit and the space is now more accommodating than it used to be as well as the clinics that used to have a dark pathway is now well lit. All medical staff who were incharge of taking care of my niece during her admission were all okay as well.

Well Hospital is quiet old same as all the equipment...Shower only Filipino style bucket paid 4550php per that room plus 525php per day extra for mopping and sweeping!!! Doctor were good but overall all overpriced and low standard of facilities. Paid double the price compare to other hospital for similar service.
