Being a resident here initially all looked good but after 4 momths it feels like that the phrase all the glitters is not gold is the best suited for this property . Cracks on the walls appearing , low quality furniture . In case you are planning to buy look for unfurnished appartment bcuz danube homes furniture provided is extremely poor and very low quality .
Unfortunately, the management company of Gemz by Danube is failing to properly perform its duties. When we moved in, we specifically asked whether it was allowed to walk a dog on the building’s premises. We were clearly informed that it was allowed, and at that time there were no restrictions. However, later on, without any proper notice to residents, a sign was posted stating that walking dogs on the building’s territory is now prohibited. The rules are being changed unilaterally, without explanations and without considering the residents’ interests. Moreover, security staff constantly…
I have been living in Gemz by Danube from the handover of this project & I must tell you that it’s the best place to live in Furjan as whatever was promised has been delivered even beating the expectations. My kids are having a blast with the sports amenities, party hall is an additional delight. And our fully furnished unit gives us a lot of peace & satisfaction. Thankyou Danube.
Guess what!!! This building has a free metro shuttle for the residents..... Never seen never heard of service before.... Three cheers to Rizwan Sajan for his innovativeness. Mind blowing

Living here is just so refreshing for me and my family. I have one kid and I’m so happy to see the glee in his face right from the day we moved in here. He’s loving the 1st floor where all the amenities are. I’m sure the prices are going up for this building
I’ve been living at Genz by Danube for a while now, and I must say it’s one of the best residential experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The building is modern beautifully designed, and full of energy, it really lives up to the “Gen Z lifestyle” theme.

While the building may look very attractive from outside with its modern amenities but the construction material is very very poor..You can practically hear the entire conversation from outside our door. The sound insulation is very very poor and the biggest problem is flies and mosquitoes in the community.. The building is poorly managed where you will be bugged with flies and mosquitoes every single day due to dirty stagnant water for which the management or Danube owners are not taking any steps despite several complaints.
