Living next to such huge space communication antennas? I don't know what will happen to those living in this electromagnetic field.
the houses are great but the AC keeps breaking every other day it’s an absolute pain to deal with!!! Nakheel have to fix this problem ASAP. espically with the warmer weather coming back. such a pain to deal with.

I'm an investor, but this company doesn't solve anything. I was about to invest more, but be warned, look for another company.

Nice community ! Developing area close to Ibn batuta
This place is very beautiful and green area for leaving in villa and peaceful and safe community.
Nakheel’s newly opened villa community handed over in July 2025.
never been in a villa where every single AC unit fails at the same time. You would expect one room's unit to fail and easily manage for a day or two. Not every single unit in the entire villa. Repeating myself obviously but this is honestly absurd
