So overrated & overpriced! So many things in the apartment are dysfunctional by design. The facility management team are so rude as if it’s a culture they adopt every day. I’ve never lived in a place where they intentionally make your life hard. The canal they promised, for which the price is so inflated, was never delivered. It is currently a truck parking instead with lots of dust! The billing for AC is not transparent and they never acknowledge or send payment receipts. They never sign a separate agreement for the AC deposit and will make it look like it’s part of your bill with no…
Just to make it clear, it’s 1:48 on the clock at night, me and my husband just made a run of 29 floors downstairs because of the emergency alarm the sound of which played before for 15 minutes, the whole building residents were also founds out on the stairs making the same way. Obviously, no one picked up the phone from the security, no clearance nothing. The alarm was on almost for 20 minutes and it looked like something really was going on so almost everyone left the building. Once everyone reached, the security announced that it’s the steam room in the gym and they will GO and figure that…
I own a 1 bed room + study (Type A) unit here in Waves Grande, and it’s truly been one of my best decisions. The staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and always supportive. All the doors are noise-proof, so even if there’s construction nearby, it doesn’t disturb the tenants ~ which I think is a brilliant feature. Another big plus: even a 1-bedroom apartment comes with a separate storeroom , a rare find in Dubai!
Amazing service. My laptop was so dirty, it went for a cleaning and came back as new. The best part is they did the service in one hour only as I needed the laptop back urgently and even delivered it to my address. Highly recommend, very professional and nice people.

The building is impressive! Conveniently located in a quiet green area, but very close to the down town. And the community is great!
Honestly all these current positive reviews are from owners to ensure good rent/selling prices. - The security made my wife cry due parking issues!!! - one security laughed on me - BBQ area is useless (please check it carefully before investing) - super dust area (your car has to be washed every 2 days - super narrow parking ramp - alarms 24/7 being triggered and waking up every one. (Risk of losing credibility on the alarm) Sobha.. I have sent a very nice email suggesting improvements… you honestly ignored… The good score won’t last 6 months if the things keep as is.
I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately we were greeted with nearly half an hour at the reception. The receptionist at the time did not have any idea about the system and could not find our booking. Otherwise, great place to stay, and we honestly wished we had stayed for more than 1 night.
