  • ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very bad experience with Lucky Residence. From the first day, I was promised a clean and ready-to-move-in apartment, but the reality was completely different: • The apartment was never deep cleaned; dirt and dust were everywhere (behind washing machine, cupboards, balcony, and walls). • The bathroom pipes produced dirty water and bad smells. The shower handle was broken and caused me an injury, and the ceiling shower does not work properly. • The washing machine area was unhygienic, full of insects and garbage. • The AC brings bad odors from neighbors, and balcony doors don’t…
  • Spacious Apartments with maids room in 1 bed apartment. Maintenance is on the spot. Has a rooftop Pool Indoor gym. Table tennis This building is 2 mins walk from the bus stop. It has a covered parking as well has an open parking for guests around it. It has a small mosque at the ground floor. There's also a tea vending machine.

Overall, it’s alright if…
  • I am living in this building for past 8 months. I have no complains here whatsoever. The building staff is very responsive, near and clean hallways, air fresheners throughout the building. Haven't seen a single bug in the building. Even though this building is not among new ones but it has maintained it's quality standard till today
