All of the receptionists are very rude
Lots of problems. EDIT: We’ve had massive unannounced construction noise over the last 3 weeks, at times over 90dB and management ignores our comms. We‘ve had a ton of issues in our first months living here. It’s been a bit of a nightmare. Broken water leak sensors, actual water leaks, fire alarms being randomly triggered in the middle of the night, broken access to the roof terrace that nobody cares about fixing, we could go on… Consider twice before renting or purchasing here. Update: Things have improved over time and I’ve initially given a much lower rating. Right now things are mostly…
Good location! Nice estate!
Previously reserved a shared ownership property here. With less than 1 month until the original move in date, we were told the homes had failed buildings regulations and there would be at least a 7 month delay. We have had no communication since (3 months) from Housing association Peabody.
